Terms of Use
Last updated: September 7, 2026
By using On Air Musicians (onairmusicians.com), operated by Squidcode, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service is
On Air Musicians is a directory of musicians who stream live, built from public information on streaming platforms, from community submissions, and from profiles musicians claim themselves. We do not host streams; every profile links to the musician’s own channel. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Twitch, YouTube, Kick or any listed musician. Genre and instrument tags are inferred and provided for discovery only; they may be wrong, and live status may lag the platform by a few minutes.
Accounts
You may create an account to build lists, submit musicians and claim a profile. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, claim profiles that are not theirs, or abuse the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the directory beyond what our
robots.txtpermits, or use it to build a competing dataset or train models; - interfere with the service, probe or circumvent its security, or access it by automated means that impose unreasonable load;
- submit false profiles, impersonate a musician, claim a profile that is not yours, or post unlawful, deceptive or abusive content;
- use the site to harass, stalk or dox any musician or user.
Submissions and claimed profiles
Content you submit — a musician submission, list, or details added to a claimed profile — must be accurate, yours to share and lawful. You keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the site as part of the service, for as long as it remains published. We may edit or remove submissions that do not fit the directory.
Listed musicians
If you are a musician listed here, you can claim your profile to correct it, or ask us to correct or remove it via the contact page. We act on removal requests promptly and without requiring an account. Platform names, channel names, avatars and bios remain the property of their owners and are shown for identification and discovery.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, software, curation and text are © Squidcode. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the directory without written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squidcode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero.
Changes and termination
We may change the site, these terms, or discontinue any feature at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time.
